We offer comprehensive training in how to mobilise strategy using the MapMaker methodology. As well as public programmes we can also tailor in-house company specific programmes.
At the end of the training we would expect clients to have a significantly improved strategic leadership capability.
We are happy to license and train our techniques to our clients so that they can use our products on a continuing basis that is economic and affordable, especially for SMEs.
